Terms & Conditions
These terms govern purchases made through the Faith In Purple store at faithinpurple.com. By placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Acceptance of terms
By browsing faithinpurple.com's store pages or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, our Shipping Policy, and our Cancellation & Refunds Policy. If you do not agree, please do not place an order.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or placing an order with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian, to purchase from this store. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally able to enter into a binding contract under Indian law.
3. Account and ordering
Orders are placed by entering shipping and contact details at checkout; a separate account may not be required. You are responsible for the accuracy of the name, address, phone number, and email you provide — we ship to and communicate through those details as given.
4. Product descriptions and images
We try to describe and photograph products accurately, including materials, dimensions, and what is included in any combo or bundle. Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen. If a listing is materially wrong, contact us before or promptly after ordering and we will make it right.
5. Pricing
All prices on this site are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). We reserve the right to change prices at any time before an order is placed; the price shown on the order summary at checkout, computed by our systems at the time of order creation, is the price you pay for that order. Changing a price after your order has been placed does not affect that order.
6. Payment processing
Payments are processed by a third-party payment gateway (Razorpay). Card, UPI, and other payment credentials are entered directly on the payment gateway's own secure interface — they are never entered into, or stored on, our servers. We receive only a payment reference and a payment status from the gateway.
7. Order acceptance and rejection
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, if a pricing or listing error occurred, or if we suspect fraud — in which case any amount charged for that order will be refunded to the original payment method. An order is confirmed only once payment is verified.
8. Cancellation
Cancellation windows and process are set out in full in our Cancellation & Refunds Policy. In short: you can request cancellation within the window stated there, before the order has shipped.
9. Shipping and delivery
Shipping regions, processing time, delivery estimates, and charges are set out in full in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by factors outside our control.

11. Intellectual property
All text, graphics, logos, and product photography on this site belong to Faith In Purple or its licensors, unless stated otherwise. You may not reproduce, resell, or otherwise use this content commercially without our written permission.
12. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse this site — including attempting to interfere with its normal operation, submitting fraudulent orders or payment details, scraping product or pricing data for competitive use, or attempting to bypass security controls.
13. User content
If you submit content to us — for example through the contact form, product reviews (if enabled in future), or correspondence — you grant us a non-exclusive licence to use it to operate and improve the store and to respond to you. Do not submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes someone else's rights.
14. Third-party links
This site may link to third-party services, including our payment gateway and, once a courier is selected, a shipping/tracking partner. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party sites.
15. Disclaimers
Products are described as accurately as we can manage, but we do not guarantee that descriptions, photography, or availability are error-free at all times. The store is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law.
16. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable Indian law, our liability arising from any order is limited to the amount actually paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of this site or a purchased product, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
17. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of this site, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
18. Force majeure
We are not liable for delay or failure to perform an obligation under these terms where that delay or failure results from causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disaster, strikes, courier disruption, government action, or internet or payment-infrastructure outages.
19. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the grievance-redressal process below, disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of TODO_JURISDICTION.
20. Dispute resolution
If a dispute arises, please contact us first using the details on our Contact page so we can try to resolve it directly. Nothing in this section limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, including access to the consumer dispute redressal forums.
21. Grievance redressal
As required under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, we name a grievance officer who handles formal complaints about orders, listings, or this website. See the Grievance Officer section of our Contact page for name, contact details, and response window.
22. Severability
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining terms continue in full force.
23. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the store after an update means you accept the revised terms.
